Shipping via BRT Express Courier
For Italy, the shipping is of the express type and provides for a contribution for shipping costs set at € 9.00 for each order.
The transport on the national territory is entrusted to the courier Brt and the delivery takes place on average within 24/48 hours.
These times are absolutely indicative and may vary during holiday periods and / or according to the destination to be reached, for example in the case of the islands and Calabria.
We try to offer you the best possible service, but unfortunately we are not responsible for any delays attributable to the organization of the Courier.

Express shipping to other European countries
The shipment for the following European countries is of the express type and provides for a contribution for the shipping costs set at € 20.00 for each order.
Worldwide express shipping
Shipping to countries outside the EEC is of the express type and takes place with DHL express. Shipping costs vary from € 75 to € 120 depending on the country.
RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with us, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, or request a size / product change within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased products.
To withdraw from the contract write us an e-mail to customercare@mimisol.com.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer, arranging the return shipment with a carrier of his choice. Any responsibility in case of loss or damage of the products during transport is to be considered in this case at your expense.

Finally, we remind you that to be accepted your return must comply with certain conditions.
You will need to return the items in their original packaging and with all their original parts.
The items must not have been used before returning and must not show any signs of wear.
Even the clothing items must be returned complete with the original sachet and with the original manufacturer labels still present. The garments must be never worn, washed and / or free of marks, stains, tears and / or any alterations and possibly folded as it was originally.
Accessories must be returned complete with labels and with intact packaging.
