Born in 2011 from the intuition of the well-known stylist Imelde Bronzieri and today owned by the Swiss company MM Capital AG, Mimisol since 2017 is produced and distributed by Fase Uno srl, based in Putignano in the province of Bari. The company led by Francesco Sbiroli and Patrizia Loliva, is also the direct responsibility of the style office, which sees Umberto Consiglio - a designer with a past, among others, from D&G Junior and Young Versace - as manager.
